Fourteen rooms on the quiet side of Vembanad, and a lot of colour.
The place
On the western shore of the lake, which is the side without the boat traffic. The building is white and almost nothing in it is — the colour is used with real judgement rather than thrown at the walls, which is rarer in Kerala than it ought to be. Small enough that breakfast arrives the way you asked for it the evening before.
