Delhi, Rajasthan & the Andaman Islands · 13 days
The Taj Mahal, and the Andamans
A week of Mughal north India, then a thousand kilometres out into the Bay of Bengal.
The journey
An odd pairing that works better than it sounds. Delhi, Jaipur and Agra first, on bicycles where the traffic allows it — which is more of Jaipur and Agra than you would think. Then a flight to Port Blair and across to Havelock, which has the best beach in India and a reef off it, and where nothing at all is expected of you for three days. The cellular jail on the way back is the part nobody forgets.
